Stacey Murray

Stacey Murray is a strategic human resources executive, workforce development leader, and organizational strategist with a background in education, state government, nonprofit stakeholder engagement, and business development.

Her executive experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer, leading HR work for more than 11,000 employees and overseeing responsibilities connected to a $400 million operating and capital budget. Stacey's expertise spans talent development, workforce planning, organizational culture, compliance, leadership, and community partnerships.

She holds degrees in Business Administration and Education and is pursuing doctoral study in Organization Development. She is passionate about preparing young people for meaningful careers and building strong organizations.

Steve Clinton

Raised in the Kansas City area, Steve Clinton enlisted in the United States Marine Corps at age 17 and served around the world before retiring in 2009.

Steve and his wife Amanda settled in North Charleston, where they raised their daughters. Their family is actively involved in the community, and Steve believes good neighbors invest their time, energy, and hearts in making their community better for everyone.

Donette Gibson

Donette Gibson is a Charleston native and Senior Compliance Analyst for a South Carolina Medicaid plan. She holds degrees in Political Science, Business Administration, and Health Care Law and Compliance.

She has supported several youth mentoring programs and is passionate about uplifting children and strengthening her community. As Treasurer, Donette combines professional financial experience with a commitment to supporting Positive Vibes' long-term mission.

Donette owns DGibson Tax Services Plus More LLC and also provides notary and related community assistance services.
